Haunted...Muffins?

Okay, so it sounds a bit far fetched that a muffin would be haunted. But, not after what I've seen working at the store. For those of you who don't know, I work at the P and D Quickstop in Lisbon, NH. One day, on Tuesday, I was putting away some Sathers candy when all of the sudden a muffin flew off the shelf and landed some three feet away on the ground. I wasn't even touching the shelf or nudging against it or anything. So, this caught me by surprise.

A few months prior to this, I was out back getting some coffee packets when a white mist was forming in a door way that leads to our freezer. When I looked, at a quick glance, it looked like a full body apparition of a male. Rumor has it, a former customer of ours(who unfortuanetly recently passed away)told us that when the store was a garage, someone got killed in there. Could it be the former mechanic? I'm hoping to get some investigators in there soon.
