Yes. Scared Sheetless is Still Alive ... Surprisingly

I keep saying on either my Facebook page or my Facebook that I have specifically for paranormal contacts that Scared Sheetless is still alive.

But for those who are unaware, the reason for the lack of posts is because of a few reasons:

1. A complete disinterest in the paranormal. I know that this blog is meant for that kind of stuff, as well as a few other things (Scary Game Reviews, stuff like that), but I can't explain it. I'm just not interested in anything paranormal and that has been an ongoing thing for quite a while. I don't know if it's a hidden depression (I do have chronic depression, but I take pills for it) or maybe it's something else. I don't know.

2. This blog is not on my mind as much as it used to be anymore. Granted, it's in the back of my mind, but in the far reach section (where I put to remember to do my taxes, make doctor appointments. You know, the real important stuff that you should do, but just simply don't want to.) I do have it on my bookmarks bar and I do see it everyday, but I just simply don't have the interest.

3. This blog is still doing good, traffic wise, even without new content. Granted, it's just the normal stuff that keeps bringing people in. Whether it's the article I did on how Aaron Goodwin did NOT get fired (yes, apparently people are STILL unaware of this) or my Five Nights at Freddy's review (I'm more surprised my review on the second game doesn't get much of anything) or some of the things posted from the Paranormal Guide. Stuff like that. It's basically staying at the same traffic pace as it does every week. Around 250 views a day. Which isn't spectacular, but still, it means that this blog still has eyes on it. Maybe if it got even lower, maybe it would light a fire under my ass.

4. Finally got a job. I was doing some freelance work for a lady, but she disappears too much to make an income and the straw that broke the camels back was that she hasn't paid since my last job and that was over six months ago. Maybe. Has to be, but just tired of it. But I'm working now at a place where I know I'll make a steady income and not just when someone bloody feels like it.

But how about some good news?

Regardless of my lack of interest, I still have a love for Scared Sheetless. It still has a fan base, even though I never get any emails of people asking me where the hell I've been, but whatever. The traffic never lies ... I hope. But when I do post new things (which it hasn't been that long, at least a week) it get's views. Actually, when I go a long time without posting something and finally do, it does even better than when I used to post something every day.

But what I'm getting at is that I have slowly been working on new articles (unfortunately for the paranormal fans of this site, it's only a few video game reviews), but I am going to start posting articles from the contributors of this blog. For example, on Monday I do plan on posting something from Spooky Insandiego, because she's only had one on here so far. As well as put her name up on the contributors page.

Point is, I know this blog looks like a ghost town (no pun intended), but trust me, there will be some new content here very soon. I can't promise I will be consistent, but at least once a week I will try my best to remember to post something.
